NYAMIRAMBO TOURS

  • The cost of the walking tour includes ALL food and non-alcoholic beverages along the tour.

    There is NO alcohol included in the cost of the tour, however, you may purchase alcoholic beverages individually along the tour but please be respectful of the local culture.

  • Alcohol, beverages, or any off menu items not included in the meal plans already preset with the participating food vendors.

Nyamirambo area is like the Big Apple of Kigali - an Islamic hotspot that never sleeps! There is a lively area with painted grounds called the Car-Free Zone making Nyamirambo the perfect place to E.A.T -Explore, Authentic, Taste.

Our Food Tours currently take place 7 days a week on:

Monday through Sunday

Available Food Tour times are:

12 pm | 1:30 pm | 6:30 pm 

Our local food guide expert take you to 5 locations where you enjoy 9 unique food-tasting experiences, so make sure to come hungry! The walking Food Tour last between 2.5-3 hours.

You can choose a less busy tour time experience at noon or join the 6:30 pm tour usually bustling with nightlife, musical performances, and concerts.

Notes:

  • Umuganda is a national holiday in Rwanda taking place on the last Saturday of every month for mandatory nationwide community work from 08:00 to 11:00. Please note that on those Saturday holidays, tours will be at 3:30 pm

  • THIS IS A NON-ALCOHOLIC TOUR. FOR TOURS WITH ALCOHOLIC OFFERINGS, BOOK OUR REMERA TOUR

  • Parking may be challenging, so you’re better off being dropped off via taxi or driver and picked up after the tour. 

  • Children under 17 have to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Fair warning! It’s often jam-packed and crowded in the evenings; therefore, if you don’t like crowds, we suggest booking the 12 pm tour.
